yesterday was my first time and i reaaly feel so good after i doin it.. hee wad did i done? i donated my blood!! feel so good when i noe my blood can help 3 or 4 pple.. cool.. actually i dun hv the courage to do it at first cos of the straw like needle.. 16 gauge i like.. but after the briefing, i think i sld donate my blood.

after filling the form and interview by the doc, i went for finger pricking to determine my haemoglobin lar.. when the nurse squeeze my finger, my blood flow so good until it overflow, the nurse was like "wow your blood..." im was the special cos she did not drop my blood into the copper silphate but instead she use the Hb meter.. pass the test den went in for donation..

i got a senior nurse cos i hv the "be nice to me" sticker on me.. hee.. the nurse kept asking me if im i pain.. i tot blood donation will be very pain but really not pain at all.. the 1st poke (painkiller) was only a bit pian and i feel nth for the 2nd poke.. it took no long to fill up the bag and i was given a yellow bandage aft tt.. actually leave it for 2 hr and can be taken out but i leave it on my arm whole day cos i wan to show my sis.. whaha.. think sld not leave it for too long cos quite itchy.. hee.. not suppsoe to carry heavy stuff for a day and need to drink plenty of water..

was so tired yesterday cos thurs nite pai whole nite study blood bank.. sleep at 3.30 and wake up at 6 to study again.. it's all superstar fault.. whaha cos i spend my whole nite watching..i support kelly lar.. though she did not win i still gald tt kelly won the universe contact cos it sound more establish while weilian got the play music contact.. heard tt kelly will cut her 1st album in 6 months time.. she sang so well wif JJ tt nite..
