milestone project
went to marina sq kbox this afternoon for k lunch with xiu and b yeng. actually sld be the 5 of us but cindy dun wan and liang got sore throat so left the 3 of us again.. haha.. 1st time been there.. and we got a room tt can see through outside.. and we tot we can can been seen from outside cos the pple react as if they can see us when i wave like siao cha bo.. haha..so we checked it out on my way to toilet and realise it is one way mirror.. haha.. and we tricked xiu as if is really 2 ways.. haha and she believed us until she saw it herself.. whaha..went to CA for time break aft k-ing.. had a brownie and a peach kooler share among the 3 of us.. budget budget.. haha.. den headed our way to fort canning park for my cousin's exhibition, milestone project.. my cousin make a well and a projector project at the bottom of the well showing old photos.. mainly about lorong chuan kampong life.. but i like most is my cousin's husband's artwork.. he make a big big cup of green tea with a portraiture of lim ngee soon. founder of yishun town i think haha..really really nice.. btw this exhibition is organised by sculpture society.. and my cousin's husband is the president of sculpture society.. li hai ba.. haha.. there's also exbihit a white crocodile which is a myth in whampoa river (cindy u got saw it before? haha) it's believed to be the guardian angel for the area and will strike lottery if u saw the number on its back.. it had a pair of wings on its back.. so cute.. haha.. i think this is quite interesting cos i nv noe got this kind of thing in sg.. the metal sculpture about the swordfish myth in Red Hill oso very nice.. this exhibition will last until 13 may.. do drop by if u are free.. just walk up the stair beside MICA (colourful building) den is inside the building when u reach the top.. open from 9am-5pm.. and its admission FREE.. haha.. really worth goin..
