called pizza hut for home delivery just now but im totally pissed!!!i'm on hold for bout 5-8 min, cant remember how long im holding the phone.. repeated commerical ringing into my ear for dunno how long..well.. these are routines when calling pizza hut (mac seems dun hv this problem.. hmm)but pissed what pissed me so off is their service!me: hi, i like to order the ltalian classic meal

PH: ok i will check wif the restuarant and return to u in 1/2 hr timeme: so i got to wait till 1/2 to order and another 45mins for the food to be delivered???PH: YESme: oh.. forget it! (is 7 already and my sis and i are starving!!)
*cupped the phone!!they did return my call if i still wan my order but it was like 8.10 already and im in the middle of my dinner ALREADY.. wad's the use man!! i had lost my craving liao lo.. disappointed with their service... sld at least update the call centre the latest status ma.. still need 1/2 hr to get back to me?? abit diao la~
